Ingredients:

| 2 Lbs Ground Beef | 1 Lb. Ground Beef |
| 2 Packages Cole Slaw | 2 Packages Cole Slaw |
| 4 T Soy Sauce | 2 T Soy Sauce |
| 2 T Garlic | 1 T Garlic |
| 4 T Ginger Root | 2 T Ginger Root |
| 3 T Sesame Oil | 2 T Sesame Oil |
| 4-6 Green Onions Chopped | 4-6 Green Onions Chopped |
Directions:
Brown Beef. Remove From Skillet/Drain Fat
Add sesame oil, and sauté garlic, ginger, green onions briefly and then add soy sauce. Add Cole slaw and sauté a few minutes until softened, but still has some crunch. Add back browned ground beef. Mix.
Serve. Can eat alone or serve with rice. It’s like the inside of an egg roll, and low carb.
