Ingredients
12 ounces (1 block) Murray’s mild cheddar cheese
6 ounces (1/2 block) Monterey Jack
6 ounces (1/2 block) white cheddar
Two small containers of diced pimento (8 oz. total)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 lemon, juiced
1 diced jalapeno
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tabasco
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tbs dijon mustard
1 tbs parsley
Directions:
Shred cheeses, fold in remaining ingredients. Chill. Serve with your favorite cracker
