Easy Oven Salmon: Ingredients: Salmon Filet 2T Soy Sauce Juice of 1 lemon 1T Creole Mustard ½ tsp. black pepper Directions: Preheat Oven 425. Wrap a sheet pan in aluminum foil. Put your potatoes in the oven (diced, salt and pepper, olive oil) or wrapped in aluminum foil for baked potatoes. Roast for 45 minutes, or if baked, 60 minutes. Marinate Salmon on sheet pan in 2T Soy Sauce, 1 Lemon Juiced, 1T Creole Mustard, ½ tsp. black pepper. SAUSAGE ROTINI PASTA Box Cooked Rotini Pasta (swirly kind) While cooking pasta combine in a bowl: 1 package Andouille sausage (I like Adele’s Andouille Sausage) 1 lb. diced chicken (salt & pepper) sautéed until browned (Or Rotisserie Chicken (if desired/not necessary) 2T Basil 1 Red Onion Sliced/Diced 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese ½ cup shredded Parmesean cheese 1 Can Chopped Tomatos 1 teaspoon Tabasco ¼ teaspoon Salt  ¼ teaspoon pepper After pasta is done, add to combined ingredients and lightly toss. EASY BBQ Crock Pot Chicken This can be done in the crock pot or the oven. 4-6 Bone In Chicken Thigh 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 1 envelope Lipton Onion soup mix 1 small bottle French Dressing Place chicken in greased (Pam) baking dish or crock pot. Sprinkle onion soup mix on top. Combine French Dressing and Cranberry Sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 425 for one hour.  If Crock Pot: Low in Crock Pot for 8 Hours or High for 4 Hours.  Serve with White Rice.
