Creamy Baked Chicken Thigh Ingredients List:
1 Package Bone in Chicken Thigh (6-10 thighs)
2 Cans condensed cream of chicken soup (or 1 cream of mushroom soup and 1 cream of chicken soup)
1 lb. sliced mushrooms, stems removed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup chicken stock, chicken broth, or water.
1/2 tsp. salt plus more to salt chicken
1/2 tsp. pepper plus more to pepper chicken
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika plus more to sprinkle on top.
2 Tbsp. chives
Creamy Baked Chicken Thigh Instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
- Salt and Pepper all over Chicken
- Lightly spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Mix mushrooms, soup, chicken stock, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, chives, sour cream. Cover chicken with mixture. Sprinkle additional paprika on top.
- Bake chicken for 60 minutes until chicken internal temperature is 165 degrees and lightly browned on top.
- Start rice (1 1/2 cups rice, 3 cups chicken stock)
- Serve with Rice and side vegetables.
