Low Carb Crack Beef Slaw/Upside Down Egg Roll

Ingredients:

For 4 PeopleFor 2 People
2 Lbs Ground Beef1 Lb. Ground Beef
2 Packages Cole Slaw2 Packages Cole Slaw
4 T Soy Sauce2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Garlic1 T Garlic
4 T Ginger Root2 T Ginger Root
3 T Sesame Oil2 T Sesame Oil
4-6 Green Onions Chopped4-6 Green Onions Chopped

Directions:

Brown Beef. Remove From Skillet/Drain Fat

Add sesame oil, and sauté garlic, ginger, green onions briefly and then add soy sauce. Add Cole slaw and sauté a few minutes until softened, but still has some crunch. Add back browned ground beef. Mix.

Serve. Can eat alone or serve with rice. It’s like the inside of an egg roll, and low carb.
