Creamy Baked Chicken Thigh

Pasta Aglio E Olio

Pasta Aglio E Olio is an easy pasta with olive oil, Parmesan Cheese and red pepper flake.

Ingredients:

1 Lb. Pasta

1/3 cup Olive Oil

2T Garlic Minced or 4 cloves garlic minced

½ teaspoon red pepper flake

2T dried parsley

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Pasta Aglio E Olio Instructions

  1. Make pasta according to package instructions, set aside 1 ½ Cups Pasta Water (12 oz). Drain pasta.
  2. Heat olive oil back in pasta pan, add garlic and red pepper flake and saute 30 seconds. 
  3. Add the 12 oz. of the pasta water to the pan.
  4. Carefully add pasta back to pan/sauce and toss. 
  5. Add 2T parsley and 1 Cup Parm Cheese. Stir into pasta.
  6. Allow to rest 5 minutes to absorb the water.
