SAUSAGE ROTINI PASTA
Box Cooked Rotini Pasta (swirly kind)
While cooking pasta combine in a bowl:
1 package Andouille sausage (I like Adele’s Andouille Sausage)
1 lb. diced chicken (salt & pepper) sautéed until browned (Or Rotisserie Chicken (if desired/not necessary)
2T Basil
1 Red Onion Sliced/Diced
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesean cheese
1 Can Chopped Tomatos
1 teaspoon Tabasco
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
After pasta is done, add to combined ingredients and lightly toss. Spray cooking dish with Pam or Lightly oil with a paper towel and olive oil. Put ingredients into cooking dish. Cook 350 degrees for 40 minutes until heated through.
